1. About this agreement

Slam Dunk Zone (“Slam Dunk Zone,” “SDZ,” “we,” “our”) operates this website at slamdunkzone.com as a marketing, educational, and membership-portal brand. The streaming membership itself — channel infrastructure, account credentials, customer support, refunds, and technical fulfillment — is delivered by AccuViewTV, a third-party streaming portal operating since 2018.

By using this website, subscribing to a membership through this website, or accessing the AccuViewTV streaming service that the membership grants, you (“you,” “user,” “member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use this site or subscribe.

2. The membership

• Pricing: $39.95 USD per month, billed monthly through PayPal subscriptions, until cancelled.
• What’s included: access to the AccuViewTV channel lineup (5,000+ HD live channels), six simultaneous streaming sessions per credential, 24/7 email and chat support, and the cord-cutting Mastery education portal. Specific channels in the lineup may rotate based on rights agreements; the lineup as a whole is maintained continuously.
• What’s not included: your home internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps recommended), your streaming hardware (Firestick, Smart TV, etc.), the IPTV player app (free in every app store), and any VPN service (not required, not bundled).
• No contract: the membership is month-to-month with no minimum term. You can cancel from your member dashboard at any time; the next billing cycle simply doesn’t charge.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. The membership is intended for personal, non-commercial use within a single household. Reselling credentials, redistributing the channel lineup, or using the membership for commercial broadcast (bars, restaurants, gyms, hotels) is not permitted under AccuViewTV’s terms and will result in termination without refund.

4. Account and credentials

On successful payment, AccuViewTV issues you a unique username, password, and portal URL by email. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential. The membership covers six simultaneous streaming sessions; sharing credentials beyond your own household is not permitted. AccuViewTV monitors for credential abuse and may suspend or terminate accounts that show patterns inconsistent with single-household usage.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the channel lineup or credentials.
• Use the service for any commercial broadcast purpose without a separate AccuViewTV commercial license.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise circumvent the technical protections of the streaming infrastructure.
• Use the service in any manner that violates applicable law, including local broadcast and copyright regulations.
• Misrepresent your identity or use fraudulent payment methods.

6. Payment, billing, and cancellation

Payment is processed by PayPal under their standard subscription terms. Your card or PayPal balance is charged $39.95 USD on each billing-cycle anniversary until you cancel. To cancel, log into your member dashboard and click Membership → Manage Subscription → Cancel. You will continue to have full access through the end of your current billing cycle; the next cycle does not charge.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy page and AccuViewTV’s underlying refund terms. The short version: a member who genuinely cannot get the service to work on their setup may request a refund of the most recent charge within a documented window after first signup. Established members on month-N billing are not eligible for retroactive refunds for months already streamed.

7. Affiliate relationship and disclosure

Slam Dunk Zone earns a commission on memberships subscribed through CTAs on this website (links containing the affiliate parameter ?afmc=833312). The commission is paid by AccuViewTV out of their margin; it does not affect your price (which is always $39.95/mo flat) or the service you receive (same channels, same support, same uptime). The affiliate handshake is disclosed prominently on the About and Checkout pages and complies with FTC disclosure guidelines.

8. Intellectual property

The Slam Dunk Zone website, including all original copy, design, brand assets, and educational content, is © Slam Dunk Zone. The channel lineup and underlying streaming infrastructure are the property of AccuViewTV and the channel rights-holders. You may share links to public Slam Dunk Zone pages; you may not copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of our content without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Streaming availability, channel rosters, sport-broadcast coverage, and uptime are subject to the underlying rights agreements held by AccuViewTV and the broadcast networks. We make every effort to keep this site’s representations of the lineup accurate and current; however, specific channels may rotate quarterly based on rights renewals. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific channel, game, event, or broadcast. Major sport broadcasts (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, UFC PPV, etc.) are typically covered by the lineup networks; we do not guarantee coverage of any specific game.

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Slam Dunk Zone nor AccuViewTV makes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slam Dunk Zone’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of this site or the membership is limited to the amount you paid in the most recent twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

11. Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms (including credential abuse, payment fraud, or commercial misuse) without refund. Termination ends your access to the channel lineup; it does not affect any rights or obligations that survive termination by their nature (intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability).

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date and, where reasonable, communicated to active members by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AccuViewTV is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if negotiation fails within 60 days, the parties agree to binding arbitration where permitted by applicable law.
