IPTV Smarters Pro Login: The Cord-Cutter’s 60-Second Walk-Through

When you open IPTV Smarters Pro for the first time and tap “Add New User → Login with Xtream Codes API”, you’ll see a form with these fields:

• Any Name — A label you choose. Call it “Slam Dunk Zone” or “Living Room TV” — whatever helps you find the playlist later if you have multiple.
• Username — Your Slam Dunk Zone username. Comes from the welcome email AccuViewTV sends after subscription.
• Password — Your Slam Dunk Zone password. Same email.
• Server URL — The host URL from your welcome email. Looks like http://server-host:port. Paste it exactly as written; do not add the username/password into the URL — those go in their own fields.

That’s the entire form. Most users get the credentials wrong on the first paste because they confuse the Server URL with the M3U URL — they’re not the same. Smarters Pro wants the bare host, not the full http://host/get.php?username=X&password=Y URL.

Where to find your Slam Dunk Zone credentials

After you subscribe at our checkout, AccuViewTV sends a welcome email within 5–15 minutes. The email contains:

• Your username (alphanumeric, ~10 characters).
• Your password (alphanumeric, ~10 characters).
• Your server URL (a host, looks like http://server-x.host.tld:port).
• An EPG URL (XMLTV format, separate field — used for the schedule guide).

After login: what loads and what to do first

The moment you tap “Add User” with valid credentials, the app:

1. Validates the credentials against the server URL (5 seconds).
2. Downloads your channel list (10–30 seconds depending on lineup size).
3. Lands you on the home screen with tiles for Live TV, Movies, TV Series, and Settings.

First thing to do: tap Live TV → pick a category (Sports is usually the headline pick) → pick a channel → hit play. If a channel plays, your login worked. If you get an error like “Failed to fetch channels,” the most likely cause is a typo in one of the three fields — back out, edit the playlist, and re-check.

Common login problems and the fixes

Three failure modes account for almost every “I can’t log in” support ticket:

• “Invalid username or password.” Re-paste both from the email. Watch for autocomplete adding spaces, or copy-paste pulling in trailing whitespace. Also confirm the password is the one for IPTV (not your AccuViewTV billing dashboard password — those are different).
• “Cannot connect to server.” The server URL is wrong. Common mistakes: forgetting the http:// prefix, dropping the port number, or pasting the M3U URL by mistake. Use the bare host:port from the email.
• “Account expired.” Your subscription lapsed (PayPal recurring failed, card on file expired). Log in to your AccuViewTV billing dashboard to fix billing, then the app login works again on the same credentials.
